Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Tech II to perform quality audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with quality systems. The role supports operations in investigating deviations and maintaining QA processes.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and preferably an associate degree. This on-site position runs 1st shift from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $18.45 per hour and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days.
• Associate degree or equivalent in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality audits, inspections and documentation.
• Perform daily quality assurance activities as required or directed by management.
• Monitor and report level of QMS implementation, compliance and effectiveness through audit activities, observation, review of quality metrics and customer feedback.
• Support QA training for new and existing associates.
• Support coordination of QA license, permit and registration activities.
• Work with QA, Ops Performance and Process Improvement teams to progress Quality initiatives.

Role Purpose:

Execute assigned tasks to support establishment, maintenance, alignment and continual improvement of the QA System. Responsible for day-to-day Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with governmental regulations, customer requirements, quality assurance policies and procedures and accommodating requests for support.
