Jabil seeks a Quality Technician II to coordinate inspections and FAI activities across incoming, in-process, and final stages. You will act as SME for measurement techniques and support NPI, CAPA, and change control processes.

Ideal candidates have GD&T proficiency, experience with calipers and micrometers, and 2–4 years in QA/QC in manufacturing. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges and optical comparators.
• 2–4 years in manufacturing QA/QC.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specs; familiar with ISO 9001.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, perform and document First Article Inspections and related tests.
• Support NPI and design transfers at the site.
• Perform Gage R&R assessments and statistical analysis.
• Execute complex tests to ensure conformance to specs.
• Act as SME for measurement techniques and methodologies.
• Provide corrective action recommendations to management.
• Prepare remedial recommendations and test documentation.
• Generate statistical QC reports for leadership.
• Manage NCRs within FAI/inspection activities and change control.
• Assist Quality Engineering with quarantined product evaluation.

Also responsible for providing guidance to less experienced employees. Provides technical system support with respect to inspection applications. Act as Subject Matter Expert regarding measurement techniques/-methodologies at the site.
