Job summary

Roseburg Forest Products seeks a QA/Lab Associate to support the site's quality assurance program. The role involves testing, data entry, and ensuring compliance with safety and QA standards at our Medford, Oregon site.

You will analyze test results, prepare reports, and collaborate with production to maintain product conformance and resolve quality issues. Strong math and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus two years in lab, quality control, or manufacturing.
• Ability to follow all quality and process standards consistently.
• Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and basic statistics.
• Experience with lab testing equipment and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate QA and QA/QC tasks per site SOPs and safety rules.
• Identify non-conforming material using statistics against standards.
• Prepare and test samples; document results in databases/spreadsheets.
• Communicate test results to operations and management clearly.
• Support maintenance tasks and calibrations of equipment.
• Generate reports and monitor process parameter changes.
