Job summary

DrinkPAK I, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure quality across all manufactured beverages at our Fort Worth facility. You will supervise QA technicians, review batch records, and enforce GMP and regulatory compliance to deliver safe, high-quality products.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Food Science and at least 3 years in the beverage industry, with strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in beverage quality.
• Prefer bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA technicians enforcing GMPs and quality policies.
• Review batch records and manufacturing docs for compliance.
• Inspect raw materials, packaging, labels for specs.
• Coordinate testing and release/hold programs for materials.
• Oversee on-hold and rejected product handling.
• Investigate quality issues and support cross-dept corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
• Share knowledge across departments.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
