DrinkPAK, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Apprentice/Technician to join our Quality Apprenticeship Program. The role focuses on batch quality, laboratory analysis, and packaged quality to safeguard product integrity.

Apprentices will learn through competency-based training across Batch Room, Lab Analysis, and Packaged Quality domains, progressing by mastery and real-world tasks under GMP and SQF standards. Regular progress reviews are conducted with Quality leadership.

Qualifications

• Completed coursework in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• Prior beverage manufacturing or quality control experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WHS systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tasks in batching, lab and packaged quality.
• Sample and test bulk ingredients.
• Verify batch kits and document data accurately.
• Calibrate lab equipment (pH meters, titrators, DMAs, refractometers).
• Analyze in-process samples for parameters like Brix and pH.
• Identify trends or risks to product integrity or safety.
• Support sanitation verification and pasteurization validation.
• Conduct packaging quality checks.
• Collaborate with Production, Batching and other departments.
• Follow escalation procedures and drive quality improvements.
