Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Quality Technician I for the Williamson, NY area. The role performs qualitative and quantitative tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

The position requires the ability to work a 2-2-3 night rotation from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with overtime and weekend flexibility. Training on instrumentation and SAP processes is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years of quality control experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and microbiology preferred.
• Experience with documentation and record-keeping is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative tests on work-in-process and finished products.
• Submit samples for microbiological testing and calculate batch adjustments.
• Approve batches for packaging and shipments; hold non-conforming products.
• Make inventory movements in SAP; maintain retained samples.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Prepare reagents and solutions for testing; observe storage conditions.
