HellermannTyton Corporation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Quality Assurance Lab Technician to support testing, inspection, dimensional analysis and cross‑departmental workflow in both lab and production settings. You will manage files, use SPC software and assist with PPAP/PPC testing, while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Overtime is required, including some weekends, and you will help maintain TS16949/ISO14001/EMS certifications by following corporate policies and documenting
Under the direction of the Quality Lab Supervisor, with guidance from the Quality Lab Tech Lead, the Quality Assurance Lab Technician is responsible for the completion of testing and inspection, dimensional analysis, and support of other departments within HellermannTyton. This position requires the Technician to be able to complete product/process inspections in a product environment as well as a lab environment while managing files and software. Overtime will be required, including some weekend hours. This position will also maintain HellermannTyton's TS16949/ISO14001/EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
