Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of quality or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret quality standards and production documents.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and basic statistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of glass and window products.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Document inspection results accurately using forms and systems.
• Identify non-conformances and create NCRs for disposition.
• Assist root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production leads to address issues and trends.
• Read and interpret drawings, print diagrams, and quality specs.
