Torrey Holistics is seeking an Automotive Glass Quality Lab Technician to join our production and lab teams. You will collect windshield samples from active lines, cut and prep test coupons, and perform a range of tests to verify strength, clarity, and durability.

This role emphasizes precise data logging, trend analysis, and reporting for internal and external audiences, with shifts up to 12 hours and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lab-based testing experience (glass industry background preferred).
• Familiar with ANSI standards and international market standards.
• Able to read and follow detailed test specs and logs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and section windshield samples to create test coupons.
• Set up and execute tests including distortion and moisture checks.
• Check water softener systems to maintain test integrity.
• Run follow-up testing on non-compliant products and document outcomes.
• Perform validations for European and Asian market requirements.
