Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Quality Technician I to ensure product quality aligns with our high standards. You will perform routine lab tests, handle samples, and verify GMP/SQF compliance to safeguard safety and taste across our beverage lines.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, with a preference for biology/food science education, plus proficiency in MS Office and lab practices. Join a company committed to people, planet, and quality in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry preferred; or 3 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Internet software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are produced per Milo’s quality standards.
• Obtain samples for bacteria plating and daily quality checks.
• Monitor GMP or SQF compliance and Food Safety/Quality standards.
• Maintain laboratory/testing equipment and perform calibrations.
• Assist with receipt/testing of raw ingredients and review results.
• Perform environmental testing and routine testing (weights, volumes, colors, brix, codes).
