Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician I to assure product quality from raw materials through finished goods. You will support GMP/SQF adherence, perform routine lab tests, collect samples, and help maintain calibration and testing equipment.

This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety. The candidate will work with the QA team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring timely quality checks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and QC documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet Milo’s quality standards.
• Obtain samples for bacteria plating and daily quality checks.
• Monitor compliance with GMP and SQF requirements.
• Maintain laboratory and testing equipment; perform calibrations as scheduled.
• Assist with receipt of raw ingredients and sample, test and review.
• Perform routine testing and document weights, volumes, colors, and codes.
• Uphold Milo’s environmental and safety programs and participate in corporate responsibility activities.
