Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician (Days) to uphold food safety and quality standards across our Jacksonville facility. You will execute lab tests, calibrate equipment, collect samples, and help maintain HACCP and GMP compliance in a dynamic production environment.

Ideal candidates read and write in English, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable with 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work a 12-hour shift (days or nights) on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food safety and quality parameters are followed throughout the facility.
• Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples and conduct testing.
• Identify and isolate products that do not meet standards and document results.
