Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Quality/Food Safety Technician to support production and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards. You will perform microbiological testing, sensory analysis, and equipment calibration to maintain high-quality outputs across multiple brands.

You will work with shift teams to uphold testing procedures, participate in audits, and assist with rollout of food safety items in production facilities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with microbiological testing of water, distillates or ingredients.
• Ability to perform analytical testing to meet product specs.
• Familiarity with sensory analysis of in-process and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality on the shift and ensure compliance with Diageo standards.
• Perform microbiological testing of water, products and ingredients.
• Conduct process audits to verify Global Risk Management and North American standards.
• Inspect raw materials for conformance to specs and perform analytical testing.
• Support food safety initiatives and train technicians on equipment operation.
