Job summary

You will operate instruments like Alcolyzer, DMA, pH meters, GC, and HPLC, while maintaining SOPs and contributing to safety and quality records across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level quality control or lab experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in beverage manufacturing or food safety is advantageous.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab analyses on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Maintain lab equipment and follow SOPs with accuracy and urgency.
• Ensure quality specifications and document results clearly.
• Support packaging and production teams with data and audits.
• Assist in non-conforming product investigations and holds.
