Job summary

Novolex in Florence, KY is hiring a Quality Technician to ensure products meet customer specifications and safety standards. This role requires hands-on quality control in a manufacturing setting and involves data collection, audits, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.

You will collaborate with machine operators, supervisors and management to address quality issues, participate in safety programs, and support internal audits while maintaining compliance with GMP and 5S principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-managing with organization, time management, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to safety rules
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S standards
• Follow all PPE policies and safety procedures
• Report and document quality issues to machine operator, supervisors and management
• Participate in weekly safety meetings and plant safety initiatives
