Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Ogden, Utah. The role focuses on inspecting can liners and packaging to verify adherence to quality standards and customer specs, partnering with plant leadership to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of related experience in manufacturing or QA, with strong communication and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced environment. Physical work in a manufacturing setting is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience in QA or manufacturing.
• Background with manufacturing methods and process improvement required.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products (can liners and packaging) to ensure final product meets quality standards.
• Ensure conformance to Novolex quality standards, customer specifications and production goals.
• Collaborate with plant management to identify and resolve quality issues.
