Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking a Quality Technician in South Windsor, CT to support quality, process control, calibration, RCCA, and continuous improvement across MPI, FPI, Etch and IUT.

You will analyze chemical processing steps, adjust solutions, monitor conditions, and troubleshoot to keep Etch operations within spec while maintaining safety and compliance. Training will be provided as you develop process knowledge and become a technical resource for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Process Control - support quality and process control across MPI, FPI, Etch, and IUT; address deviations and quality concerns.
• Calibration & Equipment Control - calibrate, verify, and document inspection and process equipment; handle out-of-calibration issues.
• RCCA & Problem Solving - participate in RCCA, investigate nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Etch Process Support - analyze solutions, perform chemical additions, monitor processes to maintain chemistry.
• Continuous Improvement - identify opportunities to improve quality, stability and compliance across departments.
• Training & Compliance - train staff on requirements; assist audits and safety standards.
