Job summary

Element is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality, process control, calibration, RCCA, and continuous improvement across MPI, FPI, Etch, and IUT departments. You will provide hands-on technical and quality support to maintain stable operations and high product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot inspection equipment and chemical processing systems.
• Knowledge of chemical processing safety and procedures.
• Attention to detail for calibration and quality records.
• Experience in identifying process improvements.
• Effective communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Process Control – Support quality and process control across MPI, FPI, Etch, and IUT; identify and address process deviations and quality concerns.
• Calibration & Equipment Control – Perform and coordinate calibration, verification, and documentation of inspection and process equipment; support investigations involving out‑of‑calibration equipment.
• RCCA & Problem Solving – Participate in RCCA, nonconformance investigations, and corrective actions; identify root causes and verify effectiveness of solutions.
• Etch Process Support – Perform solution analysis, chemical additions, and process monitoring to maintain proper chemistry and keep Etch operations running within established requirements.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, process stability, productivity, and compliance across supported departments.
• Training & Compliance – Train and support employees on quality and process requirements; assist with audits, documentation, customer requirements, and applicable safety and regulatory standards.
