Job summary

Fibrebond by Eaton is seeking a Field/Site Services Technician based at our Minden, LA facility. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) to customer sites across the United States and entails maintenance, warranties, punch-list work, and offload/setup support for Fibrebond-made products.

Salary ranges from $69,000 to $101,000 per year, with optional incentives and overtime. The position emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Fibrebond manufacturing experience or equivalent field experience in construction, industrial, mechanical, or electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10, fall protection, forklift, and boom lift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, warranty, and punch-list repairs on Fibrebond products in the field.
• Repair concrete, sheet metal, roofing systems, floors, walls, ceilings, and exterior finishes.
• Complete paint, caulking, and exterior sealant repairs as required.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and installation tasks.
• Support offload and setup activities and travel to customer sites to perform service work.
• Complete project documentation and reports using mobile devices.
