Job summary

The Pivot Group Network seeks a Quality Technician in Holt, MI to perform in-process and final inspections, document results, and support calibration and QA procedures. Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing quality, proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and familiarity with SPC, Lean, Six Sigma. A high school diploma or GED is required.

2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
Proficient with precision measuring tools.
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
Familiarity with SPC, Lean, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and testing instruments.
Document and report quality data, including inspection results and defect trends.
Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures and work instructions.
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
