Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform inspections, tests, analyses and audits of highly complex developmental products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, investigate, and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Essential duties include approving records, developing inspection plans with quality engineers, and interfacing with customer representatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, or 2 years post-secondary/associate’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret 2-D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, tests, analyses and/or audits of highly complex developmental products and processes.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to develop inspection requirements and quality plans.
• Approve production and test records for conformance to procedures.
• Interface with customer representatives and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
