Job summary

You will collaborate with quality engineers and cross-functional teams to document findings, investigate issues, and support quality plans, supplier parts, and process improvements. Strong communication and GD&T proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate’s degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Experience interpreting 2-D drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of PWB/CCA, electrical and mechanical parts GD&T inspection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to report findings clearly.
• Ability to travel for source inspections as program needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, tests, analyses and/or audits of complex developmental products and processes.
• Review documentation and approve conformance records.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to develop inspection requirements and quality plans.
• Investigate defects, identify trends, and support process improvements.
• Interface with customer representatives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
