Job summary

The role requires reading CAD drawings, GD&T knowledge, and a high school diploma with substantial relevant experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with suppliers to uphold quality across programs.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, tests, and audits of purchased parts, materials, and assemblies.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and specifications to approve or reject units.
• Maintain documentation and perform sampling and testing of components and raw materials.
• Review and report performance data to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Determine inspection methods and procedures.
• Interface with customer quality representatives or suppliers.
• Conduct receiving inspection transactions in RIDs and complete inspection reports.
• Analyze measurement results and provide reports to engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with program team to maintain quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
