Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years without a degree.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and quality systems (AS9100) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide drawing and test procedure reviews to verify quality requirements.
• Lead RCCA/CAPA activities and CAPA Board meetings for CCA production.
• Support MRB processes and internal/external audits (AS9100).
• Collaborate across functions to ensure lifecycle quality of complex products.
• Analyze data, trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure quality and efficiency in a growing program.
