Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Quality Technician at the Spartanburg Plant to perform inspections and testing on in-process vehicles and sub-assemblies. You will document findings in the MES and assist in daily start-up meetings, contributing to product quality and process efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and at least six months’ automotive inspection experience. Training on CMM and torque tools is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of inspection or quality technician experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on in-process vehicles and sub-assemblies.
• Record findings in the MES and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with plant start-up and daily review meetings.
• Create summaries of inspection and test results for leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and root-cause analyses as needed.
