Job summary

SHD Composite Materials Inc in Mooresville, North Carolina, seeks a Production Tech I to manufacture pre-impregnated composite materials to aerospace standards. You will follow SOPs, operate production equipment, and support quality, safety and housekeeping.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm schedule with flexibility at peak periods; training across Set Up, End of Line, Inspection, Coating Head and Resin Mixing will be provided, with the expectation to cover other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and COSHH.
• Work to AS9100 quality standards and production tolerances.
• Support team targets, production targets and KPIs.
• Assist with stock control and cyclic counts.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working environment.
