Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to sustain a safe work environment and support Excellerate Quality plans across the manufacturing process in our Kansas facility.

You will inspect assemblies, follow 5S, document equipment specs, collect quality data, and assist with CAPA and NCM processes under supervision of Quality leaders. This entry‑level role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 years of quality experience, with 0–10% travel and shifts from 6am–6pm or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of quality management experience.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Work schedule includes 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, Mon–Fri with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and ensure employees follow Safety policies.
• Meet safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area per 5S principles.
• Document equipment assembly to defined specifications with guidance.
• Collaborate with leaders to define quality requirements, plans, and checklists.
• Provide inspection-related reports and supporting materials.
• Manage Non-Conforming Material (NCM) processes, tagging and quarantine as needed.
• Update Excellerate Quality team on quality issues.
• Collect quality data in manufacturing (inspections, checklists, torque values, photos, certifications).
• Support CAPA processes and Quality team initiatives.
• Conduct scheduled or random inspections on raw materials, WIP, and finished assemblies.
• Work with other facilities to standardize quality tools.
• Assist with quality training and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure effective employee relations and participate in improvement projects.
