Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group in the USA is launching a manufacturing facility in Salem, Virginia and seeks a motivated Quality Manager to oversee quality during production. The role ensures adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements while coordinating Receiving Inspection, test realizations, and data reporting.

You will train operators, support layered process audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality control and inspection processes.
• Ability to perform and document QA tests and data reporting.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Complete receiving inspection per work instructions.
• Test pellet gravity and Melt Flow Rate as specified.
• Prepare material test reports and QA data.
• Maintain and check fixtures; perform scrap entry/reporting.
• Assist in operator training on WI and customer requirements.
• Support ongoing quality assurance and audits (layered process audits).
• Overtime may be required, including weekends.
• Adhere to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
