Job summary

Plastic Ingenuity in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our 3rd‑shift manufacturing team. You’ll learn to use calipers, gauges, vision systems and other inspection equipment to ensure products meet requirements.

No prior quality experience is required; we’ll teach you the quality side. If you have manufacturing experience, notice when something isn’t right, and can handle basic math and measurements, you can grow into a skilled inspector.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Some manufacturing/production exposure is preferred.
• Comfort with basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured products and identify defects.
• Measure parts using calipers, gauges, and inspection tools.

• Assist troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Enter inspection results into computer systems.

Monday–Thursday | 8:00 PM–6:00 AM

Starting Pay: $23.60/hour

You'll learn to use tools such as calipers, gauges, vision systems, and other inspection equipment to make sure the products we manufacture meet our customers' requirements.

What You’ll Do
