Plastic Ingenuity is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will learn the quality side on the job, with instruction provided and room to grow.

You'll inspect products, measure with calipers and gauges, and document results to ensure they meet customer requirements. This role emphasizes hands-on training and long-term skill development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior quality experience required; manufacturing experience ok.
• Ability to notice when something isn’t right and follow basic math.
• Willingness to learn quality inspection processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured products and identify defects
• Measure parts using calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
• Perform quality tests and document results
• Read specifications and determine whether products meet requirements
• Communicate quality concerns directly with Production
• Help troubleshoot defects and determine potential causes
• Enter inspection results into our computer systems
• Learn more advanced inspection equipment and quality processes as your skills grow
