Custom Wire Technologies (CWT) is a leading OEM medical component manufacturer with over 50 years of industry experience. Our services include wire coiling, grinding, forming, custom fine wire design, fine wire welding, laser processing, and manufacturing process validation. We are seeking a skilled individual with great attention to detail to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards in product quality.
OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Technician will support our quality control processes. This role is critical in ensuring that products meet customer specifications and internal and external standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection, testing, and documentation. The position requires inspection of parts and assemblies, utilizing precision measuring instruments and gauges as inspection tools.

JOB HOURS:
The position primarily occurs during the second shift (2 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday). The manufacturing floor operates three shifts: 1st (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), 2nd (2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), and 3rd (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Overtime and work outside regular hours may occasionally be required. Travel is not necessary.
