Job summary

Durex Industries in Cary, IL is hiring a Quality Technician (2nd shift) to join the Quality Department and ensure high-quality thermal solutions for diverse industries. You will perform precision inspections and interpret GD&T to validate part accuracy, using CMM and precision tools in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires GD&T knowledge, measurement experience, and strong communication. You will contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized workspace

• Experience using measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and gage pins.

• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to validate part accuracy.

• Analyze data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams on results.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns proactively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and quality processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Quality Technician (2nd shift)

The Role:

Pay Rate

$22.00-24.00 hourly(2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
