McDonald Plastic Molding in Monroe, WI, is seeking a Quality Layout Technician to perform first article inspections, layout transfer parts, and support CMM programs. This role builds quality processes and ensures measurement integrity.
You will create bubbled prints, determine inspection methods, and participate in process capability studies, gage R&R, FMEA, and control plans while maintaining accurate data and training peers.

This position is responsible for completing first article inspections on new products, transfer parts, existing parts with material or process changes. The Quality Layout Technician is also responsible for assisting with creating quality processes and procedures as well as programs for the CMM.

Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding.
Perform other duties as required or directed by management.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of blueprint reading and prior CMM layout experience a plus.
