Durex Industries, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Quality Technician (1st shift) to support product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations in Cary, IL. You will perform inspections and document results to verify conformance with specifications.
Responsibilities include FAIs, CoCs, data analysis for quality metrics, CAPA participation, ISO 9001 aligned audits, and assisting with SPC reporting to uphold standards and drive process improvements.

The Role:
As a Quality Technician, you will joinour Quality team and support product quality, process compliance, andcontinuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations. Thisrole is responsible for conducting product and raw material inspections,processing First Article Inspections (FAIs), maintaining quality documentation,and providing manufacturing feedback through data collection and analysis. Youwill play a key role in ensuring products meet customer requirements andquality standards while supporting the Quality Management System
Our Requirements:
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
