Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment or post high school education in manufacturing/industrial.
Proficient with computers, tablets, and smart devices.
Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with team members, management, and other departments.
This role works rotating 12-hour shifts, with a 7-day break in every 28-day period.

Responsibilities

Verify materials against specifications for each job run and as instructed by quality supervisor.
Maintain quality data per SOPs and communicate findings to the team.
Monitor packaging for defects and report non-conformances to lead operator.
Assist with routine quality checks and audits to support continuous improvement.
Operate in accordance with safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
Use Teams and other computer-based programs to communicate with the quality group.
