The role features a base pay of $23.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for night hours and a potential quarterly bonus up to 6% under the Performance Pay program.

The position requires rotating 12‑hour shifts (6:45 AM–7:00 PM and 6:45 PM–7:00 AM) on a Dupont schedule, with attendance tracked by a point system.

• Experience in manufacturing or other high-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate the packaging line with minimal supervision.
• Package/handle materials to customer specifications.
• Perform makeready/changeover tasks per production schedules.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements to reduce waste and increase production.
• Promote safety and maintain clean, safe machines.
