Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, and sample products to identify defects or quality concerns.
• Perform rework activities on defective or suspect products according to established procedures.
• Ensure only conforming products advance to the next production stage or customer.
• Maintain accurate handwritten inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Follow SOPs and applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Support compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and other applicable regulations.
• Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to resolve product quality concerns.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or potential quality issues.
• Maintain organized work areas and accurate product tracking.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Job Title: Quality Technician
Pay: $21.00–$22.50/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (40 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Location: Clinton, PA 15026 – Onsite

Preferred Skills

• Previous quality control, quality inspection, or quality technician experience.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience with product inspection, sampling, sorting, or rework.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 or FDA quality regulations.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Recent graduates with a laboratory or scientific background are encouraged to apply.
