Quality Technician – Medical Manufacturing Location: Clinton, PA Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3 PM Pay: $21.00/hour TOPS Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician for a growing medical manufacturing company with a highly automated production facility. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with paperwork and quality documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The primary focus of this position is performing quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform spot checks and inspections on products during production
  • Sort and identify defective or non-conforming products
  • Complete quality paperwork and production documentation accurately
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
  • Assist with rework or containment of suspect materials when needed
  • Maintain organized records and reports related to inspections
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations
