We are actively seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join and grow in the PPG organization. The Quality Technician will provide support to the quality management team and ensure aerospace manufactured parts comply with strict regulatory, customer, and AS9100 quality standards by creating, preparing, updating, and organizing documentation and equipment related to the organization’s quality management system (QMS). This role will require the use of mechanical inspection tools, the ability to read and understand work instructions, as well as expert attention to detail to ensure compliance, standardization, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Prepare appropriate documentation by compiling technical data related to all job orders
• Review and update all required quality documents to ensure the latest revisions are being followed
• Read and interpret blueprints as required
• Review certificates of conformity for accuracy
• Review purchase orders to confirm / verify required certs, specifications, and shipping instructions / requirements
• Assist with corrective actions and non-conformance responses
• Ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory, and applicable industry standards per AS9100
• Visually inspect parts as required
