The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting routine quality inspections throughout the production process, including in-process and final product inspections, to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications. This position utilizes a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product dimensions, workmanship, and compliance with applicable requirements. The Quality Technician is also responsible for performing equipment calibrations, workstation audits, and quality checks, identifying discrepancies or nonconforming conditions, and supporting corrective actions to maintain consistent product quality.

Report Daily FPY (First Pass Yield) to the corresponding Supervisor. Investigate and document Root Cause Analysis on Quality issues Conduct daily audits in various departments Developing and maintaining company inspection reports daily Inspecting products according to quality and safety standards. Ensuring product complies with company standards as well as customer standards Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes Document and train employees on faults and corrections Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures Performs related duties as assigned by supervision
