We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.



Schedule: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $24.54/hr.



Quality Technician essential tasks:

• Perform inspections including first piece, in-process, final, and 100% inspections to ensure product conformity before inventory or shipment.


• Use precision tools such as gauges, micrometers, and templates to conduct dimensional and hardness testing (Rockwell and Brinell).


• Identify and classify defects, categorizing products as acceptable, rework, or scrap based on inspection results.


• Verify product tagging, ensure proper labeling, and assist in identifying untagged or mislabeled items.


• Inspect returned products and incoming materials from external sources to confirm quality and adherence to specifications.


• Support quality documentation, calibration tracking, and prototype evaluations in coordination with the Quality Manager.


• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, reviewing control plans and contributing to special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (6 months to 1 year) required; heat treat experience is a plus but not mandatory.


• Must be able to read and interpret safety and procedure documents, write basic reports, and apply practical math concepts.


• Requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions in various formats.
