• Ability to write clear and accurate documentation such as NCRs and inspection records.
• Familiarity with blueprints and quality inspection skills.

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to conduct inspections and measurements, supporting first article inspections, gage R&R, and process capability studies in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections supporting first article inspections, gage R&R, and process capability studies.
• Utilize measurement tools and techniques, including calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, CMM, and vision system measurement equipment.
• Support nonconformance investigations and write clear, accurate documentation such as NCRs and inspection records.
• Review and verify documentation associated with manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, while adhering to GDP standards.
• Perform careful inspections of products with a sharp eye for any discrepancies or deviations in documentation and processes.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Quality control and quality assurance in a medical device environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.45 - $30.19/hr.
