A leading company in fire equipment is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality assurance activities in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to safety standards, and effective problem-solving techniques. Candidates should possess strong inspection knowledge and communication skills.
This position is responsible for driving quality assurance activities to develop/support manufacturing operations in a team-oriented environment. This effort is accomplished through the maintenance of a quality data infrastructure through which supplier, in-process, and product quality is monitored, reported, and driven. There is a strong emphasis on the ability to work with multifunctional teams and a requirement for expertise in problem solving techniques to resolve quality issues.
Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour, for every hour worked, in addition to their hourly wages for working their scheduled shift.
