7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Monday - Friday
You should have at least one year of automotive experience with knowledge of quality systems, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and proficiency in measuring instruments, gauges, and measuring methods. You must also be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Prior experience as a Quality Technician is preferred.
As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining product integrity by assisting in the control and disposition of nonconforming products and ensuring the execution of Quality Alerts. Your responsibilities include reporting quality issues on the production floor to the Quality Trainer or Engineer, communicating these issues to the next shift, inspecting supplier materials, counting defective materials, and assisting with product sorting and investigations for defective materials both in-house and at customer facilities.
