SURESTAFF is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Technician for a Burlington, IL facility. The role supports manufacturing quality, investigates issues, and ensures products meet standards, with a focus on PPAP documentation and process improvements.

The position is 2nd shift from 3PM-11PM, with training on 1st shift 7AM-3:30PM. Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience, plus a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quality systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support and help solve quality problems associated with the manufacturing processes and procedures as well as the supporting environment.
• Timely completion of customer & supplier PPAP documentation that adheres to customer prescribed timing for all defined milestones. This includes new product launches, engineering changes and supplier-related changes that affect the end product.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
• Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Technician for a company in Burlington, IL. A successful Quality Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.
