Qualifications

Advantage Technical is now hiring a Quality Technician for a leading production facility in the Hudson, MA area where consistency and cleanliness are key. This is a temp-to-hire, full-time opportunity with excellent benefits and real growth potential!



Hours & Pay


Pay: $23.00/hour


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM


Overtime: Available as needed, including Saturdays



What You'll Do Each Day



  • Operate and monitor the production line to maintain quality and efficiency

  • Remove or adjust materials and finished products to ensure smooth line operation

  • Conduct quality control tests and operate lab/testing equipment (e.g., pH meters, HPLC, scales)

  • Record test results and maintain accurate documentation for compliance

  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment during and after shifts

  • Respond to and report quality concerns, collaborating with maintenance when needed

  • Understand and follow all plant safety procedures and hazard controls

  • Perform aseptic sampling and testing in line with food manufacturing standards

  • Follow and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with care

  • Utilize computer systems and software (Microsoft Office, internal QC systems) for daily reporting

  • Perform basic troubleshooting to address minor mechanical or equipment issues
