Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Omaha, NE is seeking a Quality Tech to join a growing technology and gaming solutions company. The role collaborates with QA, engineering, and product teams to ensure Lottery and Slot Gaming products meet high quality standards from a business and functional perspective.

The candidate will perform hands-on testing, provide technical support by phone/email, and participate in an On-Call rotation. Strong independent work habits and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance testing experience in a client-server environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL databases, including writing and reading SQL queries.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, functional, system, reliability, and regression testing on products.
• Execute hardware and software test scripts across multiple platforms.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, infrastructure, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to document and resolve defects.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Participate in On-Call rotation and maintain testing documentation.
