Job summary

Diamond Game is seeking a motivated QA Analyst to join our team in Omaha. You will work under the QA Manager and collaborate with engineering and product management to ensure Lottery and Slot Gaming products meet high quality standards from business and functional perspectives.

The role includes hands-on testing, support duties by phone/email/on-site, and participation in on-call rotation. Travel may be required up to 25% across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA testing experience in a client-server environment.
• 1+ years working with MS SQL databases and read/write SQL queries.
• Experience with MS Office, CMS, gaming tech and MS Server 2005/2008 a big plus.
• Experience with customer service in a professional environment.
• Experience with Lottery and Slot gaming products (a BIG plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory, functional, system, reliability and regression testing on all products.
• Run hardware and software test scripts on multiple platforms.
• Write detailed test cases based on requirements documentation.
• Write clear and concise defect reports.
• Install Windows OS, MS SQL 2019.
• Troubleshoot issues with software, hardware, infrastructure and network.
• Travel up to ~25% to UAT locations or labs as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.
