Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure product quality through daily line audits and adherence to customer and regulatory standards. The role approves batches, monitors core checks, and performs analytical tests to uphold food safety and quality across the production line.

The candidate will follow Quality SOPs, perform pre-ops, assist with data collection, and escalate nonconformities per SOP. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Approve batches to run per SOP.
• Perform lab checks according to Quality SOPs.
• Perform pre-ops and PC checks.
• Notify up line when noncompliance found.
• Perform analytical tests (VC, Salt, Brix, PH, DS, TA, Vit C).
• Assess raw materials and finished products against procedures.
• Perform audits for materials or products on hold.
• Report Food Safety and Quality problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies including general manufacturing and safety practices.
• Coach production associates on line data collections.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
