MWC de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an individual for manufacturing quality assurance in Michigan City, Indiana. The successful candidate will provide support to production lines, resolve customer complaints, and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Applicants should have an Associate’s Degree and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection processes, alongside knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
The role requires collaboration with engineering teams to enhance processes in a manufacturing environment.
Provide assistance to production lines to ensure achievement of organizational goals. Resolve customer complaints and initiate corrective action. Develop supplier relationships in partnership with Sourcing Department. Develop, implement, and update process procedures. Assist in identifying cost reductions and value analysis for improvement of processes, products, and methods. Work in cooperation with mechanical/industrial engineers in conducting quality audits and capability studies to monitor, control, and improve the manufacturing process. Use lean manufacturing initiatives in all work methodologies.
